We will normally suggest we arrange your Softub Hydromate motor unit is sent into us for investigation. We can then provide a cost to put it right!
Once you have purchased our Softub motor investigation option we will send you a Softub box for the perfect fit! Make sure you empty all the water out of the pipework before you box it up! Once ready, just get in contact and we will arrange a convenient day for the courier to collect it. We will then find out what is wrong with your Softub motor unit and report back to you with what is wrong and the cost. You then decide if you would like to go ahead with any repair! We will also always give you the option of part ex-changing for an alternative tub should you wish to not spend money on it.
We will diagnose the problem
After receiving your Softub Hydromate unit we will diagnose the issue and come back to you with a price to fix the problem. If we believe that a repair is not economically viable we will tell you.
Return to you or repair
If you are happy to go ahead we will make the repair and test the unit and make sure it is running as it should. If for any reason you do not wish to have the repair completed, we will arrange to return the motor unit back to you.
After completing the repair, we will forward an invoice. Once payment is received we then arrange to get the motor unit back to you. All our work comes with a 12 months parts and labour warranty. Should you decide within 3 months of the repair that you would like to buy a new Softub from us then we will discount the repair cost against the new Softub.
The cost to send you a Softub box, have the motor sent to us, diagnose the problem and then returned to you is £90 (This includes VAT) Please go to our web shop to purchase this service.
